Loganholme

The size of Loganholme is approximately 10 km².  It has 10 parks covering nearly 9% of the total area. 

According to the 2006 Census there were 7,392 people living in the suburb with a median age of 32.  Of the 2,547 occupied private dwellings counted - 71.8% were either fully owned or being purchased; 21.6% were being rented. (some were not stated)

Currently the median sale price of houses in the area is $396,750. (September, 2009)
